Your trainer is Michael A. Lair, a spirited and dynamic trainer, facilitator, and leader in the field of hands-on adult learning, action learning, team performance and facilitation.
Michael A. Lair has designed and facilitated creative and engaging training programs that provide practical learning that sticks. Industries served include: Automotive, Aviation, Banking, Defense, Education, Electric Utilities, Financial Services, Construction, Government, Manufacturing, Medical Services, Military Research, Non-Profits, Residential Housing, Retail Sales, Waste Management, and Water Management.
During his career as a learning and training professional, Mike has contributed chapters to professional journals and other published books. He has also developed and published the training manuals: Getting on the Same PAGE, Creating Games and Simulations; and 5 Factors of Assessing Training Needs.
Mike began leading people development efforts with the YMCA in 1987 and has been a practicing disciple of Ed’s Train-the-Trainer techniques since 1992.
